Ombudsman's view on the relations between physicians and patients

Relations between doctors and patients are always characterised by emotions, and it is also thus sensible to observe and analyse them from a meta position. On the basis of personal stories and complaints from patients, such analysis was performed by the Human Rights Ombudsman, who also proposes measures for improvements in the area of education of doctors, which should be regulated also by laws and regulations.
